Someone pretended to be an Amazon representative, asking if I'd bought a $1,100 iPhone. I told them I recognized the scam, noted the background sounded like a car, and then ended the call.

전문가 의견
Late afternoon in Auckland, that unsolicited ring from a supposed Amazon rep raises red flags right away. Scammers often pose as big brands to trick you into confirming details or payments, like this fake iPhone purchase query for $1100. The caller's background noise hinting at a car? Classic sign of overseas fraud ops, not a legit corporate call center. Hang up immediately if something feels off—never share info or click links they send. Enable spam blocking on your phone, report to authorities, and verify any real Amazon issues directly on their official site. Stay vigilant to dodge these cost traps and protect your wallet.
