Názor odborníka
This appears to be a classic tech support scam impersonating NBN. Scammers often claim urgent computer fixes to gain remote access, potentially stealing data or installing malware. Hang up immediately if you receive such calls—never share screen control or personal info. Report to authorities like the ACCC or ACMA to help track these fraudsters. Block the number and enable caller ID apps for future protection. Stay vigilant; legitimate services won't demand remote access unsolicited.
