Silent hang-ups dominate reports on this number, often signaling automated scanner tactics probing for active lines. Scammers pose as NBN tech support, urging logins to 'fix' IP issues—a classic ploy to snag credentials or install malware. Nuisance persists with repeated calls, even after requests to stop, highlighting do-not-call list gaps. Hang up immediately on unsolicited tech claims; never share details. Report to authorities like ACMA or ACCC, and block the number via your phone or carrier. Verify service issues directly with NBN's official channels to dodge traps. Stay vigilant— these bots evolve fast.
No answer was given and no voicemail left; a similar call five days prior also lacked a message
The line stayed silent before the call dropped.
Annoying
Someone alleges they're hijacking my IP through the NBN account to access the internet and sort it out – I doubt it, Johnny!
Definitely annoying; the caller rang and then disconnected
They pose as NBN reps warning of a service issue – end the call and block them.
That's just nonsense.
They keep dialing for someone named Loretta despite my request to delete my number; calls persist weekly and Telstra hasn't acted.
They constantly disconnect.
Calls are placed and then disconnected, likely a scanning attempt
It must be a scammer – the line rings then hangs up, so I added it to the blacklist.
Seems likely to be a scammer.
Just an annoying call.
I continue to miss calls from this line; when I finally pick up, it ends abruptly
These are scammers; please block.
