Upon receiving a call from a young woman claiming to be from エネクト, regarding a 九電 rate plan, the conversation ended swiftly after I suggested verifying the information directly with 九電.

उत्पीड़न कॉल
I answered the call, but since I was driving, I told them I couldn't talk. They asked me to spare 2-3 minutes, but I refused, saying it was dangerous, and hung up. What a ridiculous request! They must be crazy to expect someone to risk an accident just to listen to their conversation.

Upon answering, I heard a call center-like background noise, a 'beep' sound, and what sounded like button presses before the line went dead; although it had stopped for a while, I've been receiving more calls lately with people trying to sell me ways to reduce my electricity bill, which is often a sign of a struggling company.
