- +81 120-791-068 (0120-791-068)

Uzman görüşü

They say they will call back soon, but it take 3 day
I received a survey call from SoftBank Air asking about my satisfaction level and offering a discount if I visited their website
Although this is a SoftBank-related number, the solicitation is unusually persistent, and since it's different from the reception number I got after contracting Air through another free dial, I'm rejecting it; SoftBank has too many numbers, which is super annoying
They call me for a survey about SoftBankAir
After applyin for SoftBank Air, i recieved a call sayin the process wasn't complete, so i call them back but the line was busy, after 3 min they juste hang up and ask me to call back later, thats riduculous
Seems like a Softbank optical communication customer service.

This place is truly terrible; ignoring their calls is the best course of action.

Due to the incessant calls and emails from TEL, I reluctantly applied online, only to be left unattended for over 10 days. Meanwhile, I received persistent emails stating that the termination deadline was approaching. After contacting the support center, I was told that the progress could not be tracked online and that the procedure was ongoing, despite the initial assurance that a confirmation call would be made within 2-3 days.
This number is associated with a scam.

Due to repeated failed attempts to input information, I had to switch to a different service provider, it's disappointing that the company couldn't make it easier for customers to communicate
The call was an attempt to persuade me to upgrade my SoftBank Air plan, which I've been using for over four years, highlighting benefits such as free device upgrades after three years and improved speeds.
