Mosvorieirc is claiming to be my service provider, but they cannot explain how I became their customer
Scam call pretending to be MosoblERRC – what to do! - +7 958 578-13-26 (8 (958) 578-13-26)

Názor odborníka
They claim I owe a gas bill that doesn’t exist, yet I have never signed any contract with them. The pattern points to a classic phone scam where fraudsters spoof the name of a municipal utility to intimidate victims. Never share personal data or make payments based on a cold call; instead contact the real provider through an official website or known phone number. Enable call blocking or register the number with your carrier’s blacklist. Keep a written record of the call and report it to local consumer protection authorities. If the pressure continues, consider filing a complaint with the police’s cyber‑crime unit.

Someone claiming to be a robot called me, shared my details and mentioned a debt of 5,000 for gas. I immediately checked my Mosoblgaz account and found it was only 157 rubles, a normal charge. These scammers are trying to deceive people again. Don't fall for it, verify information through official channels.

Automated call from mosobleirc
Today, someone called my wife, presenting himself as a police captain, and insisted on calling back after each hang-up; I later called this number back and a woman answered, introducing herself as a collector for overdue debts on utilities in the Moscow region, but she hung up when I said we didn't owe anything.
