Asiantuntijan arvio

Tinkoff bank has an app where they post all the information, but the call was to a sim card that clearly has no relation to Tinkoff, so it must be scammers

A woman named Tamara called, asking if I knew her, and when I said no, I blocked the number
This individual claimed to be an employee of Tinkoff Bank, addressing me by name. When I inquired about the purpose of the call, they began offering various banking services. I terminated the conversation, as I had already received a similar call within the past three days and found it annoying.
