Expert Opinion

Block the number right away if you suspect fraud. Many users report receiving robocalls from a spoofed Dom.ru line that claim unpaid bills or demand immediate payment. These calls often drop after a brief greeting or play a recorded message, a classic sign of a scam operation. Never click links in unsolicited SMS, and verify any alleged debt directly with your actual provider using official contact channels. Enable call‑blocking features on your phone or use a reputable third‑party app to filter similar numbers. Keep a log of the call times and content to help authorities track abusive callers.
