A caller dialing early in the morning yet dodging requests for their own details signals classic evasion tactics, often seen in unsolicited outreach. Knowing your first name without explanation suggests data harvesting or targeted probing, which heightens suspicion. Hang up immediately if they press for personal info—don't engage further to avoid potential traps. Block the number through your phone settings or carrier app for quick relief. Report to authorities like the FTC if patterns emerge, as this could tie into broader nuisance campaigns. Stay vigilant; verifying unsolicited calls via official channels protects against identity risks.
Got a call at 9:29 am; they didn't leave contact info but already knew my first name, odd.
