The person named Tracey claimed to represent all NBN‑registered small and medium businesses, insisting she worked for a private firm rather than the government, and referenced my company details sourced from Google. Definitely a scam.

Мнение эксперта
The caller, identified as Arko Guha, is a persistent salesperson who often pretends to be associated with NBN. He uses the number +61480017457 to call potential customers, often knowing their names and claiming to be their new NBN provider. Users have reported that he is pushy and intrusive, making repeated calls and even recording conversations without consent. Arko's approach is more nuisance than legitimate service, and he has failed to follow up with the contacts provided by his targets. If you receive a call from this number, it’s best to hang up and avoid engaging to prevent further harassment. Always verify the legitimacy of any NBN-related calls through official channels.

A caller, claiming to be 'Arko' from our new nbn provider, contacted me, but I instructed him to speak with my boss, and he has yet to follow up.
The caller, Arko Guha, was pretending to be from NBN, trying to make me switch, beware of them.
