Názor odborníka
It appears that the caller, often claiming to be "Monica" from Australian Super, is attempting to gather personal and financial information from individuals, which has raised significant suspicion among those who received the calls. While some have reported that the calls seem legit, others have expressed concerns about the authenticity of the caller, citing scam tactics such as requesting verification of personal details and becoming feisty when refused. Many have taken the precaution of contacting Australian Super directly to verify the calls, only to find that there is no record of the caller or the supposed issue with their account. Based on user insights, it is essential to exercise caution when receiving unsolicited calls, especially when asked to provide sensitive information, and to verify the authenticity of the caller by contacting the relevant institution directly.
