Ekspertvurdering
Based on the available information, it seems like the caller is being persistent in trying to reach someone, making their 4th call in a week. However, it's suspicious that they don't have any contact person or details for the account they're inquiring about, which raises some red flags about their intentions. The lack of specific information makes it difficult to determine the legitimacy of their call, but their persistence suggests they may be trying to achieve a specific goal, possibly related to sales or debt collection.

Got a call purporting to be from Google Customer accounts, urging a conversation about an account; this was the fourth call this week, yet no representative or details were provided—quite odd.

Someone was pushing to discuss an account, despite it being their fourth call this week, yet surprisingly, they lacked any contact information or a person to speak with regarding this supposed account.
