Expertenmeinung
Najlepsza taktyka to zablokować numer w telefonie i zgłosić go operatorowi lub do bazy antyspamowej. W razie wątpliwości, odsprzedawaj oferty telefonicznie i zgłoś incydent do UOKiK.

This phone is extremely annoying, I've been receiving spam calls for years due to my public number, but never encountered such persistence, even after blocking, I still get notifications and mysterious SMS about missed calls
