The caller claimed to be from Paypal, stating there was a $250 purchase on my account, but the poor sound quality and the fact that it was a Norwegian number speaking English raised suspicions. To avoid being scammed, it's best to end the call immediately, refrain from engaging with anyone you're connected to, and block the number. If possible, report it as spam or fraudulent to help prevent others from falling victim
