Avis d’expert

I received an automated customer survey after contacting my insurance company, and they informed me about this call when I phoned in. Nothing out of the ordinary here.
They call me back, thats whats happen
There was no option to opt out of being called, and if you don't answer, they continue calling until you block the number
No one answered when I tried to call back
It's outrageous that there's no option to opt out of follow-up calls, especially when calling from a switchboard where others may pick up and ask questions
