My laptop was taken over by a pop-up that asked me to call this number for Windows Support. I couldn’t close it with my cursor. I didn’t call since it’s clearly a scam. I contacted Virgin, who added extra security to my broadband. I turned my laptop off and on, and the pop-up disappeared. I hope this helps!
