Ý kiến chuyên gia
Clearly, this number is a relentless telemarketing operation pushing broadband and phone services to businesses and private lines alike. Callers repeatedly ignore opt‑out requests, use vague identifiers such as ‘XLN Telecom’ and often hang up when challenged. Their tactics fall squarely within UK spam‑calling regulations, meaning you are entitled to block the number and report it to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Use your phone’s built‑in block feature, register the line with the Telephone Preference Service, and consider a call‑filtering app for extra protection. If the nuisance persists, lodge a complaint with Ofcom, providing timestamps and call logs as evidence.

Allegedly from XLN Telecom regarding my current line contract. I had XLN five years ago and wouldn't wish them on anyone; it took ages to leave. The caller insisted they were my current supplier, and I advised him to try another company.
XLN Telecoms has been calling, asking to speak with the business owner, and offering free broadband and discounted calls and line rental. Despite our requests to remove our details from their database, the calls continue.
