Regarding feedback from the energy ombudsman, a voicemail was left by Kirsty; I had spoken to them the previous day, so I beleive it's related to energy feedback, although if it's crucial they will likely call back I supose
I had previously contacted SSE's customer service, and they left a message on my answering machine requesting a callback within seven days; however, when I attempted to call back on a Saturday, I was unable to get through, and a message indicated that the person's phone was switched off, which was inconvenient

Similar to others, I've had dealings with SSE, and it's been frustrating. It's suspicious that the next day I got this call. I assumed it was a scam and ended the call.
