Ekspertvurdering
It’s odd how a single UK number keeps showing up as a fake Sky representative. Callers repeatedly claim to be from Sky, offering bogus upgrades or asking for banking details, yet they never verify basic account information. Hang up immediately if the pitch feels rushed, and never share personal info or payment data. Use your phone’s block feature, add the number to a spam‑list app, and report the incident to the communications regulator. If you’re a genuine Sky customer, contact Sky directly through official channels—not the caller—to confirm any offers. Staying skeptical and documenting each call can protect you from future scams.

Multiple calls were made to my mobile within a single day. I sent them a text requesting that they message me if it was urgent. No reply was received.
It's amusing to see people denying their affiliation with Sky, but apparently that's the reason for these calls - to lure them in

Official Sky call
A woman with a foreign accent, claiming to be from Sky, contacted me to discuss potential savings on my Sky package. Although she was polite and I told her we were considering canceling, I've blocked the number as a precaution against cold calls.
