NPower Customer Services contacted me regarding their latest error at my address. I have no interest in speaking with them, so I've blocked the number.
NPower has been making harassing calls even after we escalated our complaint to the Ombudsman. They shouldn't be contacting us directly anymore, as this violates the terms of our complaint.
