전문가 의견
Ever wondered why that familiar BT number keeps popping up on your screen? Most users report that +448000285085 is tied to legitimate BT support, especially for broadband or billing issues, but a handful of calls feel like verification scams. Keep an eye on the caller’s tone: genuine agents usually reference a recent ticket or specific account detail. If they ask for full credit‑card numbers or security answers without a clear context, hang up and call BT’s official line. Use call‑blocking apps for repeated harassing attempts, and always log the date and content of the call for future reference.

Emailed 'BT' after a suspicious email a few weeks ago. Received an answerphone message from 08000285085 offering 'scam' support. Still unsure if it's genuine 'BT' support. - caller: 'BT'
I requested the EIN number to verify if they were genuine BT representatives. They couldn't provide it, so I ended the call. - caller: Varmid
