A woman with an Indian accent addressed me by name, claiming to be from 3 Network. She provided almost all my details associated with them, offering a discount and asking for a £35 payment by card, which I declined. Subsequently, I received an email from Three stating that my iPhone 16 order was unsuccessful. The scammer had attempted to place an order using my information. Thankfully, it didn’t succeed.
The caller falsely claimed to be from network provider 3, stating they were my provider; this is clearly a scam.
I experienced repeated calls regarding 3 mobile discounts, and the caller even resorted to using offensive language after multiple attempts, demonstrating the harassing nature of these calls.
