Γνώμη ειδικού

Who would have imagined a polite greeting could spiral into a relentless barrage of harassing messages? These calls often masquerade as mental‑health support but quickly turn abusive, with repeated texts, vulgar language and unwanted personal questions. The safest route is to stop engaging and immediately block the number using your handset or a third‑party app. Keep a log of call times, content and any screenshots, then report the incident to your mobile provider, Action Fraud and, if threats persist, the police. Consider updating privacy settings on any public profiles and, where possible, change the contact number to curb further nuisance.
