Some calls are simply to check if everything is okay with your account, while others are clearly sales-driven, sometimes to the point of being persistent and annoying. A few users have flagged the calls as potentially fake or scams, especially when the caller makes false claims about your services. If you receive a call, verify the caller's identity and be cautious about sharing personal information.
