Мнение эксперта
Like a persistent door‑to‑door salesman knocking at midnight, the calls from +44 203 198 8107 keep turning up in households across the UK. Most callers claim to conduct a consumer‑survey or market research, yet they never provide a clear purpose and often disappear after a single question. The pattern suggests a low‑cost telemarketing operation that relies on annoyance to extract personal data or push bogus vouchers. Block the number on your handset, add it to your carrier’s call‑reject list, and register your line with the TPS. Report repeated harassment to Ofcom and consider a third‑party call‑filtering service for added protection.

These callers are persistent, but their approach is inconsistent - sometimes they engage in conversation, while other times they remain silent, prompting my wife to ask them not to call again

A woman with a foreign accent said it was a Consumer Survey, so I ended the call and blocked the number. I’m puzzled about how they got my mobile number; I never share it.

Missed several calls from this number with no messages. When I answered once, a woman asked for 'Alistair Philpott.' She apologised after I told her there was no such person here. I've now blocked the number.
