Likely a fraudster—ended the call right after I answered. I've blocked it now.
Beware Pre-Recorded Scam Lures - +44 1904 935860 (01904 935860)

Expertenmeinung
This number originates scam attempts peddling loft insulation schemes. Silent hangs or pre-recorded lures to elicit 'yes' responses mark typical tactics, often from a caller posing as 'Luke' the energy advisor. Multiple reports confirm persistent harassment via slight number variations to evade blocks. Don't engage—let it ring to voicemail or answer silently to waste their time. Register with the Telephone Preference Service for fewer nuisance calls, and report to Action Fraud if pressured. Early morning rings scream illegitimacy; reputable firms stick to business hours. Blocking helps short-term, but vigilance curbs broader threats.

Unfamiliar number. Best to ignore it.
Bloke phoned claiming to be Luke, local energy adviser. Not very local with that Yorkshire code. He disconnected abruptly

Allowed the ringing to continue until the answering machine activated, then the caller disconnected.

Let the caller talk first; fraudsters usually hang up quickly
Bloke named Luke pushing loft insulation sales. It's a recorded bit designed to trick you into saying 'yes' so they connect you to the con artist. Stick to 'not sure' and it'll cut off quick. I've blocked the bugger.
Rip-off about insulation services.

Answerphone silent, number blocked.
Rang me at 07.35 am – obviously a scam since no proper business calls that early. Blocking won't help as they tweak numbers to bypass.

Got a call but no clue from whom... I know nobody in York!!
Rang while my mobile was off. Unfamiliar number, probably just another random fraud or sales pitch as always.
Hit our office at daft early hour, bailed when forwarded. Pointless hassle. Tried ringing back but couldn't link up! Bogus line
Phoning me every day using numbers that vary just a bit. This morning at 8:05am! I block each one, but they tweak the final digit to bypass. Probably blocked 50 from these persistent energy fraudsters.

I've been getting multiple calls from numbers in York, a place I have no connections to, so I assume they are all linked to the same company and have blocked them accordingly.
