Expertadvies
The caller's tactics involve leaving automated messages that create a sense of urgency, aiming to prompt the recipient into making a hasty decision, which could lead to financial loss or identity theft. Based on user insights, it is essential to exercise caution when receiving such calls, and to never press any numbers or provide personal details in response to these types of messages. Instead, recipients should contact the relevant company directly, using a phone number they know to be genuine, to verify the authenticity of the call and take necessary precautions to protect themselves from potential scams.

This week I received two calls, both from individuals claiming to be with SKY about my Internet connection! I ended the call promptly. 😂
Same message left on my mum's phone.
A message was left indicating fraudulent transactions on my card and also on Amazon for over £1000, instructing me to press one to confirm or two to dispute.
