The call I received was supposedly a survey about an Alamo rental car experience

専門家の見解
Watch out for unexpected calls that claim to be a post‑rental survey. These rings often come from a number linked to Enterprise Car Hire and are meant to collect brief feedback after you return a vehicle. Because the call usually drops before an agent speaks, it can feel like a nuisance or even a scam. The safest move is to let the call go to voicemail, then verify the request by logging into your rental account or contacting the company directly using a known phone number. Avoid sharing personal or payment details, and add the number to your phone’s block list or the national Do‑Not‑Call registry. If the survey is useful, you can complete it online at the official Enterprise website.
