Ý kiến chuyên gia
Silent calls and abrupt hang-ups often signal nuisance operations, leaving callers wary of unknown numbers. Reports here describe Asian accents from noisy call centres, with some pushing surveys or house repairs, while others just probe for personal details before disconnecting. This pattern screams harassment tactics, potentially fishing for active lines or setting up future scams. Block the number straight away via your phone settings or provider tools. Register with the Telephone Preference Service to cut unwanted calls, and if it escalates, log it on sites like Who Called or report to Ofcom. Stay vigilant—never share info with unsolicited callers.

A call centre operator with an Asian accent and background chatter tried to run a survey; I told them to leave me alone.
There was a call‑centre buzz in the background, they asked my name, I flipped the question, then they hung up – blocked them, mate.
