Ý kiến chuyên gia
The pattern here is classic insurance scam – callers claim you’ve been in a car accident you never had, introduce themselves as Julia Smith from ‘Sigma’, then disappear or hang up. They’re after personal details or a callback that can rack up charges. If you get a silent or abrupt call, let it go straight to voicemail and never share any information. Add the number to your block list, report it to the phone provider and, if you’re in the UK, forward the details to the Action Fraud website. Keep an eye on your bank statements for any unauthorised activity and stay sceptical of unsolicited claims.
