Received a call from this number moments ago; the woman said she was from my housing association and urged me to check their site, which isn't well-maintained. I'd advise against trusting it - smells like a total scam!

The calls from +44 1484 599713 are almost certainly a survey scam. Callers pose as a research firm – often mentioning TLF Research – and claim to represent local housing associations. They’ll ask for a few minutes of your time, sometimes even knowing your name, to gain trust before trying to extract personal details. If you receive such a call, let it go to voicemail, never share personal or financial information, and block the number. Report the nuisance to your carrier and, if you suspect fraud, forward the details to the national spam‑reporting service. Stay sceptical and protect your data.

Not a scam by any means, folks are too quick to assume that - I've handled business with this firm previously, and setting aside the bad reviews, it's genuine
Fraudulent housing poll; my council doesn't outsource calls—they dispatch in-person and alert residents first. Barred this line.

Unwanted spam during office hours.
Received a call at 7.48pm from a woman who knew my name and claimed to work for tlf research for thirteen group housing association. I explained I was busy and questioned the timing on a weekday evening, so she promised to try later.
Rang me claiming to be from Together Housing, asking if I had 5-10 mins for a survey. It's a fiddle 'cause Together always uses 0330 numbers. BLOCK IT, folks.

To those claiming 'they mentioned my name, so it's genuine' - wrong. Knowing your name doesn't prove they're honest; it could still be a con. As a certified ethical hacker, trust my word! I've blocked and flagged it as spam.

Phone showed a red warning for potential spam, so I blocked it sharpish
Fraud; my husband took it, shared nothing, we spotted the trick right away. Pretended to be council survey - stay alert
They phoned at 7:55pm, claiming to be from my housing association. Wanted to know if they could conduct a survey and if I had 5-10 minutes. Told them no because I was occupied, and they just disconnected without responding.
Belongs to a polling firm. Contacting for my local authority survey; they knew the name and it seemed legit, not fraudulent

Landline buzzed at 8 PM, single ring then silence, right after my mobile. Ignored it – no contacts in Huddersfield. Cautious since few have both numbers. No message. Blocking now.

Dodgy outfit. Crooks fishing for your details to flog to other lowlifes. Text 'scam' to 7726 to flag it. Make sure you get a confirmation text back. It's a tiny bit of the government's anti-scam setup with cops and OfCom, tracking dodgy emails, texts, calls, sites and ads. Check the NCSC site under PHISHING: 'https:// www.ncsc.gov.uk/ collection/ phishing-scams'. Key bits: Report as said. Snap pics of texts and email to '
