Názor odborníka
In the quiet hours of an afternoon, this persistent caller from a supposed 'Beneficial' outfit rings up, only to launch into scripted patter that's more hassle than help. Folks report it as a phishing survey scam, with callers ignoring pleas to stop and even turning nasty when challenged. Block the number straight away to cut off the nonsense, and don't engage with their questions—it's a trap for your details. For those fed up, forwarding the details to Ofcom via their 7726 shortcode can chip away at these pests. Hang tough; reporting helps everyone dodge the aggravation.

The so‑called “Beneficial” phishing survey is a scam – reported it to Ofcom’s 7726 spam site, mate.

These people are downright vile, bullying, harassing and ignoring any request to be removed from their list. Report them to Ofcom if you can to help curb the harassment.
They claimed to be from Beneficial, but sounded like a script – blocked the number, cheers.
