Block the number immediately if you suspect a spoofed survey call. When a caller claims to represent a government agency or a market‑research firm like Ipsos, verify their identity before sharing any personal data. Never provide details about your company’s security policies or finances over an unsolicited phone call. Use built‑in call blocking features or a reputable third‑party app to stop repeat rings, and report the number to your telecom provider or the national fraud helpline. If you accidentally disclosed information, change passwords and monitor accounts for unusual activity. Stay cautious and keep a record of any suspicious calls.
