Following several consecutive calls, I discovered the origin to be the Osijek-Baranja region. Initially, I picked up, but was greated with silence, prompting me to end the call. The next day, a female voice, speaking Croatian, attempted to solicit me with an offer of medical services or an event, though I couldn't quite comprehende the details. As I was away, I declined, and after a fifth day, they called again, at which point I decidied to block them. Apparantly, they are either spammers or telemarketers.

After another call five days later, I decided to block the number, concluding they are likely spam callers or telemarketers with ulterior motives. It was a completly annoying experiance.
