Частіше за все такі дзвінки належать до шахрайських дзвінків, які намагаються вивести ваші дані під виглядом термінової допомоги. Не повідомляйте жодних реквізитів, особливо ПІБ, номер картки чи ПІН, і одразу підвискайте. Перевірте інформацію, зателефонувавши в банківську гарячу лінію, використовуючи номер з офіційного сайту. Увімкніть у телефоні функції антиспам та блокування за префіксом, додаючи +38056, +38044 тощо. Повідомте мобільного оператора про небажаний номер і розгляньте можливість зміни налаштувань віртуального АОН. Також варто регулярно оновлювати ПЗ телефону та встановлювати антивірусні додатки, які сканують вхідні виклики.
