i recived a diferent product, no exchange posible, its a scam!
The shopping experience at grey.com.ua is absolutely appalling. They seem to be selling unknown items, and the quality is clearly subpar. Upon receiving a defective product, I was denied any form of exchange or refund, and the manager was extremely rude. According to reviews, this is a common practice for them. It appears they are running a scam.
