専門家の見解
Proceed with caution when receiving unsolicited calls claiming official ties, as they often mask scams. This report describes a call from someone posing as the immigration department without specifying location, followed by a Chinese woman speaking—classic signs of a fraudulent operation designed to extract personal details. No legitimate agency operates this way, especially with language switches that confuse. Hang up immediately on such calls; never share info. Report to authorities like your local consumer protection agency to help track patterns. Block the number and enable call screening features on your phone for added protection against these nuisance tactics. Stay vigilant to avoid falling for pressure tactics.
