専門家の見解
Like a wolf in sheep's clothing, this unsolicited text requesting your eircode could mask a phishing ploy. Fastway, a legitimate courier service, rarely demands personal details via random messages—scammers often impersonate them to harvest info for identity theft or package fraud. Don't reply or share your eircode; instead, verify directly on Fastway's official site or app. Block the number, report to your carrier and authorities like the Irish Data Protection Commission. If you've engaged, monitor accounts for suspicious activity and consider a credit freeze. Stay vigilant—legit companies use secure channels for such requests.
