Názor odborníka
Users report that calls from +353818002639 are part of a scam impersonating Permanent TSB (PTSB). The caller, often claiming to be named Michael, requests personal information and tries to facilitate a €1500 transfer to Revolut. The calls often start with a text message from a different number, asking to verify the transaction. Users are advised to be cautious, as the scam involves sophisticated tactics like holding music and professional-sounding scripts. If you receive such a call, verify the number independently and never share sensitive information. Always contact your bank directly using official contact methods to confirm any suspicious activity.

After being placed on hold and hearing the usual automated messages, I spoke with a man claiming to be Michael, who asked for my date of birth, but when I asked to clarify some informations, he abruptley hung up, beware of this scam, especialy the initial text from 0858003219 regarding a fake purchase of €1500 euro to Revolut from PTSB
