Думка експерта
The caller is identified as TLI Group, a company that partners with broadband retailers to manage installations on the Siro network, and their purpose is to offer additional fibre broadband installation slots to customers in their area, with the caveat that these slots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Users have noted that TLI Group is a legitimate entity, working on behalf of their broadband retailer, to facilitate fibre broadband installations, specifically for the Siro network. For those receiving these calls, it's essential to exercise caution and verify the caller's identity before engaging, ensuring they are indeed speaking with a representative authorized by their broadband provider, to avoid potential scams or phishing attempts.
