전문가 의견
This caller, claiming to be from the European Commission, has been reported multiple times as a spam or suspicious call. Despite the number appearing to be from Dublin, the caller's accent didn't sound Irish, and the calls have been inconsistent, ranging from silent calls to attempts at conducting surveys. Users have noted that the caller, often a woman with a foreign accent, has tried to gather information under the guise of research. It's best to avoid answering these calls and to be cautious if you receive a similar request, as the caller's intentions are likely not genuine.
