Avis d’expert

My number has been registered on the do-not-call list for over 8 years, and I've blocked this number, yet they still call.
Similarly, I have been receiving daily calls from this number for weeks without answering, and thanks to this website, I'm assured I don't need to, despite being on the do-not-call register, which they seem to ignore.

Purporting to be from KPN, this caller offers deals, despite being asked to stop calling and offering services that are repeatedly declined. The automated opt-out option is also non-functional, leading to frustration.
Waarschijnlijk ongewenste reclame.
