Tomorrow, the tax autoritys will supposedly be putting a lein on my assets, dont have any money left to pay this claim

Received a text message claiming I owe 442 euros to the tax authorities
They sent me a sms saying i have to pay 442 euros, with a link to the tax autority, but it looks like a scam to me.
