Apparently, they pretend to be calling about an important energy-related matter, but it's just a sales pitch that smells like a scam. My business number was called, which means the phone number was sold by the Chamber of Commerce - thanks, KVK. When I expressed my annoyance, telling them I was expecting an important call and wasn't interested, the woman on the other end started yelling at me. So, I had the pleasure of a lovely verbal altercation. I've filed a complaint with the Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM), which I think everyone should do.
