Expertenmeinung

Looks like you’re dealing with a classic Telkom telemarketing operation. The calls pop up multiple times a day, often silent or get dropped the second you answer – a typical tactic to push fibre upgrades or other services. If you’ve asked to be removed, keep a record of the dates and block the number, then report the nuisance to the POPIA regulator or your mobile provider’s spam‑blocking service. Consider registering with the DMSA opt‑out list (even if the site is flaky) and set your phone to reject unknown callers. Staying vigilant and documenting each incident will make it easier to shut them down.
