At least three times a month, I receive this call and message, which appears to be a scam, and despite my attempts to gather more information via text, there has been no response.
The threatening nature of the call from this number was alarming, with part of the conversation not being recorded
For a week, I've been receiving calls from various local numbers, all of which leave the same recorded message about a $25,000 loan and a 1-888 number, despite my efforts to block them
Upon callback, I spoke with a gentleman who had a heavy Indian accent, inquiring about a loan and mentioning Equifax, but when I asked if he was representing Equifax, he claimed to work with them to provide loans to those with financial difficulties, which seems like a scam
