This call attempted to verify my address, but it was clearly a scam.

The caller claimed that a package could not be delivered due to an incorrect address

When FedEx returned to collect the second package without being prompted, I advised my wife to contact the standard FedEx customer service number to arrange for its return. Upon contacting FedEx, they claimed to have no knowledge of such an incident, leading me to believe it's a scam. Consequently, I've been disposing of the packages.
