I have an account with your company in collections, but I am unaware of which company this is, and I am being affected by a deduction in my credit; I need someone to contact me at (787)923-1588, as I reside in Puerto Rico and believe this is a misunderstanding.

A debt collector called, asking for my birth date, but I refused to provide it, and they hung up.

I recived a call saying I owe a debt, but I dont have any line of credit, I am still a student.

The caller claimed I owed $70 from 2018, stating it was for AMC, but when I disputed this, they apologized and ended the call
