Apparently, this is not actually ATT, they are using a spoofed number and trying to phish, which is pretty clever but att has been awaire of this since 2018

Contrary to claims of being scammers, I had a positive experience with this number, as they assisted me in signing up for AT&T and Direct TV services at a reasonable price.
Over the past twelve years, scam incidents have been a persistent issue, and AT&T has been of little help.
