Scam callers impersonating utilities—what to watch for! - +1 780-670-7914 ((780) 670-7914)

Názor experta
Late evening calls from unknown numbers often bring a mix of urgency and confusion. The pattern here shows scammers repeatedly posing as utility or service providers—Shaw, Direct Energy, even tax agencies—to snag personal information. Never share birth dates, account numbers, or payment details without a callback to the official company line. Hang up, log the call, and add the number to your block list. If the caller claims you owe money, request written verification mailed to your address. Report persistent attempts to your telecom’s fraud department and to consumer protection agencies; staying skeptical keeps your data safe.
